Fast away the old year passes! Not much time for sending out Mel and Vinnie music news. Trying not to let keeping up with social media and technology get in the way of performance and creativity.

It seems that many of our music list subscribers are active Facebook friends.  We list our chedule on our Mel and Vinnie Facebook page and create events there.  Should we keep this list? Please give us feedback. Unsubscribe if you don't need this. Encourge us to keep putting it out if you do need this.

We had a Mel and Vinnie duo gig at on the patio at South Shores Tavern in Lake Worth in November. We get down just before Halloween. Thanks to everyone who welcomed us back, a mix of friends from all over the east coast.

This week we start working with InSpirit,  a non-profit organization based in Palm Beach County, Florida that provides live music and the performance arts to the residents of institutions such as nursing homes, hospitals and rehab centers.

This month we spend many evenings bike caroling with the Thursday Pedalers, (not just Thursdays) in many of the neighborhoods in Lake Worth, joining in events and visiting homebound. We are part of the Holiday Parade Dec 13th in Lake Worth.

The Sunday after Christmas (Dec 28th) we participate in King Mango Strut in Coconut Grove. Parade starts at 2pm.  This year we will tribute Fred Hunt, who was among other things a marching Fred.

We are trying to recharge a bit, we will add dates as they find us.

Wishing you the best holidays, health and happiness.
