NOTES: Havana Hideout is an outdoor venue, call or text Mel at 845 399 4630 for updates regarding cancellation. The show goes on most of the time, weather passes. If it's cold Vinnie may play earlier. Open mic spots are 15 minutes.  Open mics can run early, late and be subject to change at short notice. There are many good local players with new folks all the time.

Evening on the Ave in Lake Worth in the downtown Cultural Plaza, shops open with many street activities. "Viva L' Amore!" in the Gallery transformed into an old-fashioned Valentine, with wonderful handmade jewelry, sculpture and more, all created to inspire love and laughter.

SPECIAL REQUEST The songs of Phil Ochs can again speak to a new generation of young people searching for their answers to the meaning of life and the world around them. Help us raise money for 100 seats for local high school students for the Songs of Phil Ochs concerts here in Florida. Sonny Ochs will visit their schools. Young activists in training in south Florida!  Please consider sending something. PBS, American Masters show is making available on the web Phil Ochs: There But For Fortune, the documentary directed by Kenneth Bowser. It is the biography of a truth-seeking troubadour who stood up for what he believed in and challenged us all to do the same.
